Founded in 2021, our organization was born out of a deep desire to respond to inequality, conflict, poverty, and climate challenges that continue to affect millions of African families.

Our Story

Change Makers Africa was established with a simple belief: when women and children are empowered, communities thrive.

Across Africa, women and children are the most affected by poverty, conflict, and climate change. Many face daily struggles such as lack of education, food insecurity, preventable illnesses, unemployment, and environmental degradation. Instead of temporary relief, these challenges require long-term, community-driven solutions.

Since our inception, we have focused on working directly with local communities to understand their needs and co-create solutions that last. Our approach emphasizes compassion, accountability, and sustainability — ensuring that every initiative creates meaningful and measurable impact.
